We are developing the budget and ownership arrangements for a four-property preservation effort. We welcome conversations with people who may want to support it.
What we will share before you give
- The legal recipient and its current tax status.
- The specific charitable use and the amount still needed.
- The conditions for ownership, affordability and reporting.
- What happens if a proposed transfer or the full preservation plan cannot proceed.
We will distinguish received cash, conditional pledges, written grant commitments and founder contributions. An interest conversation is not a binding pledge, and a planned property gift is not a completed transfer.
