We're deliberate about the role technology plays. It does the legwork; three things always stay human: a named person is accountable for the program; a trained volunteer reviews every plan before a family relies on it; and the family decides and submits their own applications. Is it really free?
Yes — 100% free. We will never ask a family we help for money, and you never have to donate anything.
Do you give out the money?
No. We help you find and apply for help from existing programs (county, state, utility, and nonprofit funds). We connect you to the money; we don't hand it out ourselves.
Will I definitely get help?
No one can honestly promise that. What we promise is to find the programs you're most likely to qualify for and help you apply to all of them, so you have the best shot.
Is an AI making decisions about me?
No. The AI does navigation and drafting. A trained human volunteer verifies every plan, you decide what to do, and a named human — our Executive Director — is accountable for the program.
Is my information private?
Yes. We collect only what we need to help you, we don't sell it, we don't share it without your permission, and we never use it to ask you for money. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
